- The driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate, holding a tablet pc with your name on it.
- You can select it online when you make your booking or inform us by email/phone. Child seats are free of charge. We have the suitable child seat according to every age.
- We will track your arriving flight and will wait for you. There is no additional cost for this. You must inform us only for possible change in the date of flight.
- You will have to wait outside the arrivals hall. The delay of the driver must have a very good reason and should not exceed ten minutes. Of course for any problem you may deal confront, please contact us immediately.
- In case the customer forgot something, the driver will keep it and inform the customer about the return as soon as possible.
- You can cancel your booking by sending us an email to info@privatetransferchania.gr or by calling us at 0030 6970985670 & 0030 6976769757. If 10 days or more remain until departure, you will be refunded the full amount of your booking.
- Of course our company can provide you with a wheelchair, walker or canes for the transportation from hotel room to airport or otherwise. Just ask for it when you make your booking.
